Personal preference plays a large role in patient satisfaction towards hearing aids. Therefore, sometimes we may need to adjust the hearing aids to get them to where you want them to be. In addition, your hearing may change as a result of noise, age, medications, etc. In these cases, we advise you to get another hearing test and log into WebAuDTM to update your hearing loss. So get a new hearing test once a year or every other year and we will provide a complimentary adjustment to get your hearing aids updated to match your latest hearing evaluation!
Initially, we will program your hearing aids according to your personal audiogram (hearing test). The hearing aids will be adjusted with a generally accepted prescription of gain recommended by the National Acoustics Laboratory (NAL). We will also verify the functionality of your hearing aids in an Audioscan VERIFIT system. This system validates the functionality of your hearing aids. In addition to your subjective report we use this objective measure to more accurately fit your hearing device to your specific hearing loss. We will provide all programming services needed during the 45-day trial period. Once the trial period is expired you can purchase additional programming packages with free shipping.

No programming services besides the initial programming will be offered outside of the Continental United States.
After the first year, the following adjustment prices apply. Adjustment prices include up to 2 hearing aids per adjustment.

Steps for Sending in a Hearing Aid for Programming/Adjustment

Fill out the Programming Form located in the Informational Booklet provided to you when you purchased your hearing aid(s).

Place the Hearing Aid(s) in the packaging provided to you when you received your hearing aid(s).

Place the completed Programming Form and packaging inside the shipping bag with return shipping label already on it.

Take your shipping bag with all its’ contents to your local shipping office or drop box.

We will contact you via email once we have received your hearing aid(s) and inform you of how long it will take for your hearing aid to be returned to you.

When your hearing aid(s) are returned to you, you will receive more packaging supplies along with a new shipping label and a new Programming Form.
