Trial Period & Return Policy 

At the HearingAidDocs^TM we will provide our patients with the comfort of a 100% NO-HASSLE refund (minus shipping & handling fees) within 45 days of delivering the hearing aids (30 days for accessories). Just mail in your hearing aids and everything they came with along with the completed return form. From our experience a patient can get an idea of whether or not they benefit from their hearing aids within the first few weeks.  45 days (30 days for certain accessories) gives you some time to get comfortable with the hearing aids and for you to send them in for adjustments if needed.  If you have any further questions please contact us.

Return Policy

Prior to returning your hearing aid(s), please call us at 1-866-284-5577. We would like to speak with you about your experience.

1.    If hearing aid(s) is Lost or Damaged during the 45 day trial period (30 days for accessories) we will not be able to give a refund for hearing aid(s).

2.    45 day trial period (30 days for accessories) begins from the moment your package is signed for to midnight of the 45^th day.

3.    Package must be postmarked by midnight of the 45^th day (30 days for certain accessories).

4.    Returns must include hearing aid(s), original packaging, and contents.

5.    Refunds will be given in the form of payment received. All refunds will take up to 60 days.

Steps to for Sending in Hearing Aids for Return

1. Place the completed return form found in this booklet, hearing aid(s), original packaging, and contents, inside the shipping bag with return shipping label already on it.
2. Take your shipping bag with all its contents to your local shipping office or drop box. If you would like information on your nearest shipping srop box or office please feel free to contact us. 1-866-284-557.
3. We will contact you once we have received your package.

Repair and Loss & Damage Warranties

All new hearing aids come with manufacturer warranties which consist of both Repair and Loss & Damage warranties.

Repair Warranties: covers damage of the hearing aid that can be repaired by the manufacturer. Hearing aid manufacturers' typical repair warranties last at least a year and may last as long as 3 years.

Loss & Damage Warranties: covers loss of a hearing aid and damage that warrants replacement. This is a one-time replacement per hearing aid. There is also a manufacturer's restocking fee of $300.00 dollars per hearing aid which includes a new hearing aid provided by the manufacturer. The HearingAidDocs^TM service includes free delivery and re-programming to your previous settings.

Repair and Loss & Damage Warranties usually can be extended beyond the manufacturer warranty. This must be purchased either at the time of purchase of the hearing aid(s) or within the first year of purchase of the hearing aid(s).

HearingAidDocs^TM offers extended Repair Warranties only on hearing aids purchased from our site. All Loss & Damage Claims should be filed through the HearingAidDocs.com

Repairs should be sent to the HearingaidDocs^TM. We will try to repair the hearing aid in-house however we may occasionally need to send the hearing aid(s) to the manufacturer for repair.
