1. Create an Account
2. Have your hearing tested with the appropriate criteria (Hearing Evaluation Checklist)
3. Fax/email/mail us a copy of your hearing test so we can verify your results.
4. Once we've received your test results and have confirmed your hearing loss, we will email you and let you know that you are authorized to purchase the hearing aids of your choice.
5. Select the hearing aid(s) of your choice.
6. Go to Shopping Cart, read and agree to medical waiver, disclaimer and purchase agreement form.
7. Purchase hearing aids!

3. Enter your hearing loss into appropriate fields, answer some questions and get a free hearing aid recommendation from WebAuD^TM.
   
4. Fax/email/mail us a copy of your hearing test so we can verify your results.
5. Once we've received your test results and have confirmed your hearing loss, we will email you and let you know that you are authorized to purchase the hearing aids of your choice or hearing aids recommended by WebAuD^TM.
6. Select the appropriate hearing aid(s) from the list of recommended aids or pick the hearing aid(s) of your choice.
7. Go to Shopping Cart, read and agree to medical waiver and purchase agreement form
8. Purchase hearing aids!
